Breakfast of Champions
Breakfast is my favorite meal. I wake up in the morning, and the first thing that is on my mind is eating a nice big, warm, breakfast. Honestly, I cannot function throughout the day if I don't have breakfast. Plus, eating in the morning gives you energy and boosts your metabolism! My breakfast of choice? Oatmeal. I like it best with a little bit of brown sugar. Adding bananas and walnuts can be pretty tasty too. That way, you get a serving of grain, fruit, and protein all in one small bowl. It is also pretty filling. If i decide that I am not in the mood for walnuts, I usually have a couple scrambled eggs on the side. Yummy!
